years of ServiceNow experience

MUST be CIS Certified

ServiceNow System Administration Certified is mandatory

MUST possess good communication Skills

Duties/Responsibilities:

MUST have hands-on experience (technical)

MUST have worked on minimum 2 Implementations.

Develop and implement solutions for ServiceNow.

• Move configuration and development changes from Dev to Test to Prod using SN update sets.
• Develop small standalone SN tools and dashboards to support ITSM and Project Management workflows.

Create and configure workflows based on the business requirements and best practices.

E-Bonding and worked on Third Party Integrations

Perform integration between ServiceNow and other customer business systems.

Portal Experience (Service Portal and Employee Service Center)

Create/ Manage all SN objects like Tables, Business rules, Client Scripts, Ul Actions, Ul Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, Ul macros, etc.

Participate in problem-solving during ServiceNow development, testing and production.Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.

• Participate in the development and delivery of training for end- users.

• Work directly with end users to resolve issues in ServiceNow

3-6 years of ServiceNow development Experience Must be CSA or CAD CertifiedMUST possess good communication Skills
