Job Description:

Your Role and Responsibilities:
The role provides technical support assistance directly (remote sessions / phone / cognitive support platform) to clients, using problem determination and analytical skills. We use technical and negotiations skills in collaboration with other (support) organizations to prioritize and work problems to resolution. This role may also require the candidates to provide Weekend support(either Saturday/Sunday or both the days) depending on the business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Support Engineer or in a similar technical support role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems, networking protocols, and software applications.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and stay current with industry trends
