Job Description: Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
2. Data Analysis: Assess data structures, perform data analysis, and present insights to support decision-making processes.
3. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancements within business operations.
4. Documentation: Create detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and workflow processes.
5. Project Coordination: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
6. Testing Support: Assist in the creation of test cases and support user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.
7. Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and issues, and propose solutions or mitigation strategies.
8. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users during and after implementation.

Requirements:
