Job Role:Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job description:
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and establish candidate selection criteria.
Source potential candidates through online channels, including LinkedIn and other professional networks.
Develop job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each position’s requirements.
Evaluate CVs, portfolios, and references to compile lists of the most suitable candidates.
Maintain comprehensive records of recruitment materials, including interview notes and related paperwork.
Provide input to ensure diverse and qualified teams, meeting long-term staffing goals.
Create and execute end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
