SAP HCM and Success Factors Implementation: Lead and actively participate in the end-to-end implementation of SAP HCM/S4 HANA, including configuration, testing, data migration, and post-go-live support. 

·      Candidate should have 2 SAP HCM/S4 HANA HCM implementation knowledge.

·      Candidate should be good in Time and Payroll schemas customization.

·      SuccessFactors Integration: Collaborate with the SuccessFactors team to ensure seamless integration between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, enabling a unified HR system. 

·      Business Process Analysis: Analyse clients’ HR business processes and requirements, identifying areas for improvement and alignment with best practices. 

·      Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize SAP HCM to meet client-specific needs, including organizational management, personnel administration, payroll, time management, and benefits. 

·      Data Migration: Oversee the migration of HR data from legacy systems to SAP HCM, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. 

·      Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, conduct testing, and resolve issues to ensure the reliability and functionality of the SAP HCM system. 

·      User Training and Support: Provide training, support to end-users, and address their inquiries, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system. 

·      Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, process maps, and training materials. 

·      Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to meet project milestones and deadlines and report project status to stakeholders.
