Job Description:

They are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust server-side applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create scalable and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications, APIs, and databases.
2. Coding and Implementation: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Python, Node.js, Java, or other backend technologies.
3. Database Management: Develop and optimize database schemas, queries, and procedures for high-performance applications. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases is preferred.
4. API Development: Create and integrate RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs for seamless interaction between front-end and back-end systems.
5. Scalability and Performance: Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of backend systems by implementing efficient algorithms, caching mechanisms, and optimization techniques.
6. Security and Compliance: Implement security measures and best practices to protect data and ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
7. Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
8. Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure application reliability, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues.
