Job description:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Field Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team. As a Field Sales Officer, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential customers, and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone with less than 1 year of experience to kick-start their career in sales.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Fresher with less than 1 year of sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

• Good knowledge of the local market
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling
• Meet potential customers to demonstrate our products/services and explain their benefits
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor products/services
• Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to overall team succes
