Portland- USA

•       6+ yrs of experience
•       Self-driven to understand the existing BI applications
•       Design, develop, and test reports and dashboards using IBM Cognos
•       Understand incidents reported by the users and troubleshoot the data issues to the root cause level
•       Resolve and close incidents within the service level agreements and communicate the users
•       Work pro-actively to prevent issues that can be expected in the near future in the BI application
•       Documentation for knowledge management that helps prevent / fix fast the issues reported by the users
•       Maintain the performance of the existing reports and dashboards that meets the customer expectation
•    Willingness to get cross trained in Informatica
